This Policy explains how we process the personal data of visitors and customers of lucvaudan.com in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data-protection law (LOPDGDD).

We only collect the data that you provide to us, namely:

Order data: billing and delivery address, and the details of your order (edition, language, quantity).
Booking data: the information you provide when scheduling a coaching session (name, email, scheduling details).

We do not run profiling, advertising or analytics tracking, and we do not collect data beyond what you provide.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Revolut. We do not receive or store your full card details. Billing and delivery data relating to your transaction may be retained by the payment provider / bank in accordance with their own terms and legal obligations.

To process and deliver your orders and bookings, and to provide customer service — performance of a contract.
To send our newsletter or marketing emails — your consent (you may unsubscribe at any time).

Kindle purchases are made directly with Amazon, under Amazon's own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.
7. International transfersSome of our providers (for example Webflow, Mailchimp and Calendly) are based in or process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or applicable adequacy frameworks.

The Website uses only essential / functional cookies necessary for it to operate. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded third-party tools (such as the scheduling or newsletter forms) may set their own functional cookies when you interact with them.
