Trading financial markets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all persons.
- You can lose some or all of your capital.
- Market prices move quickly and can move against you. Crypto-asset prices in particular are highly volatile and may become illiquid.
- Past performance, simulated results, back-tests, probabilities and win-rates are not reliable indicators of future results.
- Nothing in the Service is a promise or guarantee of any outcome.
Only commit money you can afford to lose. If you do not fully understand these risks, seek independent professional advice before trading.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accessing or using the Ticks application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Risk Disclosure above (together, the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the service — information and education only
Ticks exists to show how a market situation is read, structured and managed.
For each situation the engine identifies, the Service displays the reasoning in full: where a reasonable entry level sits and why, where protection belongs and why, what objective the structure implies, and how a position size follows from a stated risk budget. As a situation develops, the Service shows how protection is raised step by step, so that the mechanics of risk management can be observed as they happen rather than described in the abstract.
Outcomes are published in full, including those that did not work. Seeing a structure fail is part of what the Service teaches.
This content is general information published for educational purposes. Every situation displayed is identical for every user. The Service holds no information about your objectives, your financial situation, your experience or your risk tolerance, and nothing displayed is produced for you, selected for you or adapted to you.
The Service does not tell you what to do, when to act, or whether any situation is suitable for you. It shows a method and explains it. What you do with it is yours alone.
3. What the Service does not do
GENIUS AI PTE. LTD. is not a broker, a dealer, an investment adviser or a portfolio manager, and is not licensed as one.
The Service:
- does not execute, transmit, route or facilitate any order or transaction;
- does not connect to any brokerage, exchange or trading account;
- does not hold, receive or handle client funds;
- does not manage any portfolio or discretionary mandate;
- does not offer, sell or facilitate trading in contracts for difference, foreign exchange contracts, futures, options or any other derivative instrument;
- does not issue trading signals, alerts to act, or instructions of any kind;
- does not provide personalised investment advice or personal recommendations.
There is no button, link or mechanism anywhere in the Service by which a transaction could be initiated. The Service is a display and an explanation, and nothing more.
4. No investment advice; no recommendation
Nothing in the Service constitutes, and nothing should be construed as:
- personalised financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice;
- a recommendation, solicitation, offer or inducement to buy, sell or hold any product or to enter into any transaction;
- the creation of any advisory, fiduciary or client relationship between you and GENIUS AI PTE. LTD.
All decisions are made by you alone, at your sole discretion and risk. You are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision you take.
5. No guarantee; automated content
The content is produced by an automated engine and may contain errors, delays or inaccuracies.
We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, timeliness or profitability, and we do not guarantee that any displayed probability, win-rate or objective will be achieved.
6. Track record
The Service publishes the outcome of closed situations, including those that did not work. These figures are theoretical: they are calculated on the levels displayed, without slippage, spread, commission, financing cost or execution risk. Real results will differ.
7. Position sizing
Where the Service displays an indicative position size, it is calculated from figures you enter yourself. It is illustrative only, it is not a recommendation as to how much to commit, and it does not take your circumstances into account.
8. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and legally permitted to use the Service where you are.
The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, persons in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to law or regulation.
9. Access, subscriptions and billing
Content covering cryptocurrency is available free of charge to every registered user, in full, with no time limit and no trial period.
Access to content covering stocks, indices, commodities, foreign exchange and ETFs is available through an auto-renewable subscription:
- Ticks — All Markets (monthly): USD 89.99 per month
- Ticks — All Markets (yearly): USD 799.99 per year
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. GENIUS AI PTE. LTD. does not receive, store or process your payment details. Prices in other currencies are set by Apple for each territory and may differ.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We have no authority to grant or refuse a refund for a purchase made through the App Store.
If a subscription lapses, expires or is refunded, access reverts to the free level. No content is lost and your account remains active.
Access rights are recorded against your account and are specific to the platform on which they were obtained. A right obtained on another platform does not confer access on iOS.
10. Your account
An account is required so that the Service can keep track of the situations you follow, inform you as each one develops, and synchronise that state across your devices.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is permanent. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it separately in your Apple Account settings.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling or redistributing the content or data, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
12. Intellectual property
All content, software, algorithms, trademarks and materials in the Service are owned by GENIUS AI PTE. LTD. or its licensors and are protected by law.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
13. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Market data is provided by third parties. Delays, gaps and interruptions can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GENIUS AI PTE. LTD., its officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any trading losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GENIUS AI PTE. LTD. from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
16. Data protection
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
